Stephen Kline has extensive experience in workers’ compensation law and oversees EK Health’s contracts, litigation prevention and risk management. He is responsible for keeping the EK Health staff current on workers’ compensation laws and regulations nationwide.
Formerly with Armstrong Law Firm of San Jose, Kline has 25 years’ experience as a full time attorney, focusing on workers' compensation defense litigation for the past nine years. He served on San Jose Workers' Compensation Bench Bar Committee and is vice president of South Bay Industrial Claims Association.
Kline earned a law degree at Pepperdine University School of Law following a bachelor’s degree from Illinois’ Shimer College. He received a Conflict Resolution Training Certificate from California State University Humboldt.
