Telephonic Case Management

EK Health's Telephonic Case Management (TCM) service will ensure appropriate treatment and Return-To-Work plans are established and implemented early for all work-related injuries. The TCM Nurse's role is to provide a proactive approach to expedite a defined plan of care. All cases are evaluated by a highly skilled nurse who strategically works with the claims professional to remove barriers or complicating factors, which affect the overall outcome of the claim.  Our nurse will work with the claims professional to aggressively pursue stated goals and will close the file when the nurse is no longer able to impact the clinical progression of the injured worker or the injured worker has achieved per-injury or maximum medical improvement.  Bilingual nurses are available in multiple languages.
