Monica Lichtenstein Joins EK Health Services as New Vice President of Operations
EK Health Services, Inc., a leader in national workers' compensation managed care services has appointed Monica Lichtenstein as Vice President of Operations. Lichtenstein will be called upon to provide strategic direction to EK Health's service departments with a focus on increasing operational efficiencies.
“Monica brings with her a wealth of experience in workers' compensation with a proven track record of positive results. Monica will play a key role in reviewing current service offerings, improving service processes and delivery, and participate in the development of new programs and services,” said Kerri Wilson, EK Health Executive Vice President. “We are very excited to add another experienced and creative leader to EK Health's team.”
Lichtenstein comes to EK Health with more than 25 years of experience. She has extensive experience in the workers’ compensation industry, managing operations and providing operational improvements that result in financial savings. Lichtenstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge, and is a board member of the California Workers’ Compensation and Risk Conference (CWC&R). In 2009, Lichtenstein received the Teddy Award, which recognizes excellence in workers’ compensation risk management.
